Trinidad and Tobago's Prime Minister Patrick Manning greets Jamaica's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade

< Trinidad and Tobago's Prime Minister Patrick Manning greets Jamaica's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Senator Anthony Hylton at the Inter-American Economic Council's Fourth Annual Congressional Dinner with the Caribbean Community on September 27, at the U.S. House of Representatives. Looking on from left to right are Ambassador Curtis Ward, and Jamaica's Ambassador to the United States Prof. Gordon Shirley. Minister Hylton was among several Caribbean Heads of State, Ambassadors, Senators and Representatives of Congress who attended the dinner at which Prime Minister Manning delivered the Keynote address.
